Our Business Analysts specialise in the delivery of regulatory-focussed projects. Highly trained, our Analysts have already helped organisations respond to MiFID II, CRS, GDPR, Brexit, customer backlogs, anti-money laundering requirements, remediation requirements and much more.
Our PMOs have experience of programme governance and reporting across multiple industries and sectors. They typically support Programme Management Office status reporting, maintenance of RAID logs, project plans, RAG status, resource plans and project budgets.
We provide mobile, flexible and skilled resources to undertake "execution" type work in a model that is cost effective and scalable, on a flexible basis or more long-term basis.
